2017 Vintage
CLASSIC CUVEE

Limited to 3,000 bottles

Notes:

“Mouth-watering freshness and extremely moreish”

Fruity nose, think apples and lemons, with subtle aromas of honey and freshly baked bread.

The palate is striking with laser-like acidity carrying flavours of tarte au citron, toasted nuts and squeezes of fresh lemon.

Created to be familiar yet new and exciting. Refreshingly dry, copious amounts of moreish acidity, well layered flavours and delicate aromas. Can stand up to a variety of different foods all of which will accentuate distinct characteristics. Delicious with hard cheeses and trout or smoked salmon pate.

2018 Vintage
CUVEE ROSE

Notes:

The 2018 vintage is heralded as the vintage of a lifetime with high levels of quality, abundance and ripeness. Our grapes were hand-picked with precision timing, assuring the perfect acid and sugar levels in a season that saw record breaking high temperatures, sunlight and minimal rainfall.

Coral pink in colour, our Bluestone Cuvee Rosé is a delightful mélange of red fruits and citrus. Aromas of sweet wild strawberry & lemon peel seduce the nose, all the while your palate is caressed with oozing red sweet berries, tart cranberries, lemons and pink lady apples, finishing with a slight creaminess. The backbone acidity and high quality fruit of this wine ensures a long finish and great ageing potential.
